Warhammer 40,000 — Adeptus Mechanicus: Pteraxii

Pteraxii are the swift-winged jump infantry of the Adeptus Mechanicus — Skitarii warriors who have sacrificed much of their humanity to be fitted with powerful flight-capable pinion mechadendrites, allowing them to swoop across the battlefield at terrifying speed. Descending from above in a storm of flechette fire, they strike where the enemy is most exposed before wheeling away to strike again.

This multipart plastic kit builds 5 Pteraxii in either of two configurations: Pteraxii Sterylizors, armed with phosphor torch and taser goad for close-range incineration, or Pteraxii Skystalkers, who unleash a relentless hail of flechette blaster fire from above. Whichever unit you build, the kit provides plenty of spare components for further customisation of your collection.
