Operating in the shadows of occupied France, the partisans of the French Forces of the Interior (FFI) waged a relentless guerrilla campaign against the German occupiers — sabotaging supply lines, gathering intelligence, and rising up in open revolt as the Allied liberation drew near. Armed with a mix of captured German weapons, Allied drops, and whatever they could seize, the Resistance punched well above its weight when it mattered most.

This set represents FFI partisans but is equally suitable for resistance fighters from Poland, the Soviet Union, and other occupied nations fighting back against German occupation. The included German weapons sprue reflects the reality of partisans fighting with captured enemy equipment.
