In September 1939, Poland faced simultaneous invasion from Germany in the west and the Soviet Union in the east — yet the Polish Army fought back with extraordinary determination. Despite being utterly outnumbered in many engagements, Polish infantry held their ground in desperate actions that stopped the invaders in their tracks, while their dashing cavalry caught the enemy by surprise time and again.

These figures represent Polish infantry in the early autumn of 1939, equipped with Mauser rifles, greatcoats, and standard Polish uniform — sculpted by Warlord sculptor Wojtek, who brought these heroes to life in full campaign kit with exceptional detail and character.
