The Soviet Vozdushno-Desantnye Voyska (VDV) — airborne troops — were among the most courageous and tenacious soldiers of the Red Army. Dropped deep behind enemy lines with little heavy support, they fought with extraordinary élan against overwhelming odds, conducting some of the most daring operations of the Eastern Front despite chronic shortages of anti-tank weapons and logistical support.

This set provides a full Soviet Airborne squad for use in games of Bolt Action, cast in metal for fine detail and a satisfying weight on the tabletop.
