Weapon Notes

Bazooka: The M1 Bazooka gave US infantry a portable anti-tank capability, capable of knocking out light armour and fortified positions at close range.

Sniper: US Army snipers provided precision fire support, picking off key enemy personnel and suppressing enemy positions across the European theatre.

Flamethrower: Used to devastating effect against fortified positions and bunkers. During the Normandy landings, flamethrower teams were specifically tasked with breaching the heavily defended Atlantic Wall.
