The Panther Ausf G was the definitive production variant of Germany's formidable Panther tank — the most produced of all Panther models, and widely regarded as one of the best all-round tanks of the Second World War. Combining a powerful 75mm KwK 42 gun with sloped armour and excellent mobility, the Panther Ausf G saw action on both the Eastern and Western Fronts from 1944 until the end of the war.
