Painting & Modelling

Undercoat with Warhammer Chaos Black or Corax White spray to suit your Chapter's colour scheme. For Ultramarines, basecoat the armour in Warhammer Macragge Blue and apply Warhammer Nuln Oil into deep panel recesses for strong contrast, then highlight with Warhammer Calgar Blue and Fenrisian Grey. Paint thunderhammers in Warhammer Leadbelcher, wash with Warhammer Nuln Oil, and drybrush with Warhammer Ironbreaker for a battle-worn metallic finish. Add energy crackle effects to lightning claws using Warhammer Contrast Aethermatic Blue for a fast, striking result. Finish bases with Warhammer texture paints and Chapter transfers to complete the squad.
