By the end of the war, over 57,300 T-34s had been built across all variants, making it the most produced tank of the conflict. The upgraded T-34/85, with its powerful 85mm gun, became the definitive Soviet medium tank of the mid-to-late war period and remained in production without interruption until 1945.
